Q. Are you a hotel?
A. No, our properties are fully furnished rental apartments in
regular living buildings that Dream House either owns or leases
from owners.
Q. What are the advantages of staying with Dream House
rather than a hotel?
A. There are cost advantages with staying in corporate
apartments. On average our rates are 30 % to 50% less than
hotels in central part. Apartments provide you with more space and
privacy than hotel rooms. Our kitchens provide you with an
alternative to high priced room service meals and an "at Home"
atmosphere for cooking or entertaining.
Q. What is the price of staying with furnished apartments?
A. Stay's cost is subject to term of rental and number of
persons. Please request the price with detailed information
about your stay.
Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. All nightly and monthly prices include utilities; specifically electric,
gas, local telephone calls
(included), cable tv and housekeeping service.
Additional furniture, accessories,
long distance phone service and Internet access can be provided
for an additional cost.
Q. How are the apartments equipped?
A. Dream House apartments
are completely furnished, including fully equipped kitchens,
linens, telephones, washing machines, TVs and high speed
Internet.
Custom packages are also
available. An iron and
ironing board may be found in a closet. Cleaning supplies are
provided.
Q. Where are Dream House apartments located?
A. Our apartments are in
desirable central neighborhoods, close to business and
commercial areas. Depending on your needs, we can offer
apartments close to work or with easy access to public
transportation.
Our locations are convenient to
shopping, entertainment and schools.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A.
Making a
reservation is
easy. Simply call at +359 887 488523 /Bulgaria/ or +90 538
8363491/Turkey/. You will speak with one of our
Accommodation Specialists who can assist you in making a
reservation. You can also make a
reservation online by
completing our Inquiry/Request Form.
Q. How am I billed?
A. At the booking confirmation 20% deposit of the total stay sum
is required at least 14 days prior to arrival. The rest of the
amount is paid at the arrival date. Ways of payment: Cash, Bank
transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Credit Cards in some
occasions.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Two weeks before arrival
- without penalty. Cancellation fee 2 weeks or less prior to
arrival – the deposit amount.
Q. How do I get the keys to the apartment?
A. On the day of the arrival you receive the keys directly at
your apartment or you can pick it up from our office. Please let us know which option you prefer.
Arrangements should be made at the time of reservation and
reconfirmed prior to arrival.
Q. What time is move in and move out?
A. Move in time is after 2 p.m. Move out time 12 p.m. If you need to make special
arrangements, please let us know in advance.
Q. Is there a minimum lenght of stay?
A. We accommodate guests from 1
day stay, weekly rentals to monthly
rentals and
extended-stay yearly rentals.
